Your payments are held in an independent Trust Account managed by PTS. This means your money is kept separate from our company’s operating funds until it is used to pay for the components of your trip (such as hotels and event tickets).
This arrangement provides comprehensive financial protection and guarantees our full compliance with UK Package Travel Regulations, giving you peace of mind that your booking funds are secure in the event of any unforeseen circumstances.

Everything included in your booking will be clearly stated on your Booking Confirmation. Unless explicitly listed as ‘included’, items like flights, airport transfers, insurance, local city taxes and meals are NOT part of the package.

Sometimes securing tickets presents challenges, particularly with sporting away allocations (tickets reserved for visiting team supporters). We use our extensive network to overcome these challenges and acquire the necessary access for your group.

For all travellers under 18, we require parental/guardian consent.
We also offer premium European youth football camps for grassroots clubs, academies, and schools (U8–U18).

While we make every effort to ensure your party is seated together, we cannot always guarantee it. Seating plans are managed by the individual venue or event organiser, which is outside of our direct control.
However, please be assured that children under the age of 18 will always be seated with a responsible adult from your group.

Yes, travel insurance is mandatory for all bookings with us.
If you choose to travel without adequate cover, please note that we do not accept liability for losses that would otherwise be recoverable through a suitable insurance policy.
